The undisputed star of aperitifs and cocktails since the beginning of the last century, a high-quality Dutch-style bitter, as it was originally called, is a must-have behind any bar counter. Absinthe, gentian, rhubarb, flowers and sweet and bitter orange fruits are some of the ingredients that make up this exclusive recipe.

All the herbs and spices used in this recipe are distilled in a single batch in a magnificent copper-lined steel still.
