London Dry Gin

To juniper berries, the soul of every gin, we add typically Italian botanicals such as ireos, gentian, lavender and sweet orange for a rich taste experience both on its own and in cocktails.

The “bain-marie” method ensures that there is no direct contact with the metal walls and a gradual heating, guaranteeing a very delicate extraction and an excellent final quality.

Gin originated in Italy in the 9th century, at the Salerno medical school, where juniper galbules were infused in alcohol for medicinal purposes. It was then perfected in the mid-seventeenth century in the Netherlands by Leiden University physician Franciscus Sylvius and finally imported to England where it became hugely popular. Its main ingredient is juniper fruit infused in alcohol, but it is enriched with numerous botanicals that give it special aromatic notes.

London Dry Gin ricetta Mediterranea is composed by herbs and spices that are all distilled in a single batch in a magnificent copper-lined stainless-steel pot-still. The “bain-marie” method ensures that there is no direct contact with the metal walls and a gradual heating, guaranteeing a very delicate extraction and an excellent final quality.

Our London Dry Gin has a dry, citrusy aromatic profile, it is 100% natural and free of colouring agents or preservatives.
