The very light lilac colour, the unmistakable fragrance and the persuasive aroma give off old-fashioned reminiscences of bon bons, Geneva and old-fashioned candy stores.
A delicate evocation of spring blossoms, of wandering through meadows searching for herbs and flowers, for cooking or just for the pleasure of their aromas, this liqueur is moderately alcoholic and sweet with lovely forward aromas.
Its qualities take us back to the origins of the great Italian liqueur making tradition and to a great classic of international mixology: the Aviation cocktail.

Violets infusion and other flavours.
APPEARANCE
Crystal clear with intense purple-pink tints.
NOSE
Of violets and other flowers, candies and aromas reminiscent of old drugstores.
PALATE
Moderately alcoholic, easy-drinking. The organoleptic profile is complemented by hints of other flowers and vanilla.
Delectable served cold, on its own. Also an excellent ingredient in cocktails.
